Reed Technology Management Group is a partnership of seasoned technology executives providing innovative CIO and CTO services to emerging business, middle-market companies, and large corporations. Established in 1994, Reed Technology Management Group has helped top management optimize their technology investments while increasing performance. RTMG provides a range of services including: technology audits, competitive assesments, infrastructure design and implemention, strategic planning, and interim CIO/CTO management.

Our consultants have deep line management experience as CIOs, CTOs and VPs of IT. Line experience is rare in "Big 5" and other consulting firms, who grow their consultants directly out of college, giving them theory but no real-world experience. With Reed Technology Management Group you get better analysis, faster, since we have "been there and done that." Our experienced senior staff does all work, hands-on. If we need specific expertise for a day or two, we will bring them in for that assignment - no more. When we are done, we leave. Our people are rewarded on client satisfaction, not staff utilization.
