The Challenge

As its business evolved, CIC needed to update its customer-facing systems. The new medium of the Internet and the World Wide Web both enabled improvements in customer relationship management and exposed CIC to new competitors.

The Solution

RTMG developed an integrated suite of customer-facing systems, including CRM and Client Billing. CIC is now better able to track the needs of its customers and keep its relationships with them active and current. Building upon this base, RTMG is currently re-architecting CIC's Web sites.
