Reed Technology Management is a partnership of seasoned technology executives providing innovative CIO and CTO services to emerging business, middle-market companies, and large corporations. Established in 1994, Reed Technology Management has helped top management optimize their technology investments while increasing performance. RTM provides a range of services including: technology audits, competitive assessments, infrastructure design and implementation, strategic planning, and interim CIO/CTO management.

Our terms for compensation are designed to be highly flexible and responsive to the unique needs and circumstances of our clients, including the option to engage our Partners as experienced advisors on special C-level projects. We are sensitive to cultural and change issues; transfer knowledge to our clients; and leave an empowered and motivated team in place. We work collaboratively with our clients, while implementing and achieving tangible results.

If we need specific expertise for a day or two, we will bring them in for that assignment – no more. When we are done, we leave.
